Return & Exchange Policy

If you purchased a candle and are you're not in love with your candle, let us know what you didn't like within 7-days of product receipt and we'll gladly issue you a refund or exchange. See below for details.
  • Returns: If your candle is unlit and damage-free, contact us and we'll issue you a refund and provide a return shipping label. $5.00 shipping fee applies and will be subtracted from the refund amount.
  • Exchange: Not a fan of your candle scent or mood? Let us know what you didn't like and what types of scents you prefer and we'll send you a different candle. #goodmoodguarantee
